ROBERT E. BATTAGLIA
Biography and Business Background
Bob Battaglia is President and CEO of Battaglia Group Management, LLC. He oversees the various real estate investment and management pursuits of the family business.
Bob grew up in Winter Park, attended Orange County Public Schools and graduated from Winter Park High School. He later attended the University of Arizona prior to joining the family business in 1969. Bob has served as an officer of the Battaglia group of companies for almost forty years, initially overseeing the production and processing of fresh citrus for the family's Central Florida-based business. He continues serving the company as it transitions its primary focus to real estate investment and management.
Bob's professional affiliations include Lake Region Packing Association Board of Directors, where he is currently serving as President, and member of the Florida Citrus Mutual Board, where he served as Vice President and Secretary of the Board. Bob previously served on the Wachovia Bank Advisory Board. Bob is currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Winter Garden Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board.
Bob and his wife, Susan, reside in Winter Park, Florida. Bob’s two children, son-in-law, and two grandchildren also live in the Orlando area.
